Bayberry Farm

the farmer

What a great first year 2011 was. 2012 had its moments and was a great year for networking with other local farmers. I wonder what 2013 has in store!

2011 was the first exciting year for Bayberry Farm.

My name is Toby Hagerott. I am from a large family in Wyoming, where hard work and integrity are highly valued.   Growing up on a small farm with a garden and many farm animals was a great foundation for what I am doing.

I have worked in large production greenhouses, in private greenhouses, and on a large ranch. In the past few   years after attaining my Bachelors in Landscape Architecture, I have worked designing small and large land   planning projects.

More recently I have been finishing my Masters Degree in Sustainable Design. Learning many new and   interesting things that are happening now and soon in the future.

In 2008 and in 2010 I volunteered on a local farm learning the small and large of market farming in the region.   These were great hands-on experiences.

I am looking forward to a another great year in 2013 of growing great tasty things for the community and the   shareholders of the farm.
