Bayberry Farm is happy to be able to work with Breezy Meadows Farm in providing their aged goat cheese.
A cheese share consists of a block a cheese each week. Each block will be about a 1/2 lb. of cheese with 9 different varieties (cheddar, gouda, and swiss to name a few) that will be cycled through. A cheese share will cost $100 for the 20 week CSA season.
Breezy Meadows Farm produces cheese that is made on the farm from raw milk and aged 60 days. The goats are out on pasture as much as possible. They feed the goats hay and a soy-free grain mix in addition. The do not feed any hormones or use antiniotics on the milking animals.
Breezy Meadows Farm is located north of Myerstown, PA on Mill Road.
